The UMKC Collegium Vocale, under the direction of Dr. Ryan Board, is comprised of highly skilled UMKC students and recent graduates of the Conservatory. This ensemble presents historically informed performances of repertoire from the Middle Ages, Renaissance, and Baroque eras.

UMKC's Collegium Vocale has once again been accepted to perform on the Piccolo Spoleto Festival's prestigious Choral Artists Series June, 2009 in Charleston, South Carolina. This highly-select series features some of the finest chamber and early-music choral ensembles from across the country.
